Sunday

it's very you!

What does that mean?

Is it a compliment or a polite way of saying,
'Ye Gads! Who in their right mind would get rid of two very functional but horribly boring brown, sliding wardrobe doors and replace them with topsy-turvy curtains made from a couple of old table cloths, a sheet and some ticking?
I'm going to take it as a compliment....so there!

  1. Dear Jus
I can imagine the brown of the doors and I doubt very much that it was "you".
However this delight of colour and loveliness is exactly how I imagine your wardrobe might look!
    Have a great week,

(I've not tried the 3 columns yet, though I did look and the instructions were long and detailed so I have to return when I can follow them to the letter!)

  2. Well, I think it could be 'very me', too - it's great!

My boys do tend to look at things and say: 'that's very mummy', so I guess I get it too!

  3. Why not? :-) Trying to decide what to do with our wardrobes at the moment...

Love the wooden hanger - an excellent idea - I need one of those.

  6. Doesn't it mean - I'm not brave enough to tell you what I really think, so I'm going to be vague. What were you thinking Jus- brown furniture is so fabulous in it's dark dreariness. Whereas pretty cloths should be hidden away in case they offend. Love them and your style.
