Always on the look out for cheap, tasty and quick (I'm talking lunch, not men) today's master stroke was a Malaysian curry in a hurry. Unlike most restaurant's, Mamak make their roti fresh each morning and it is doughy, crumbly, chewy heaven. The chicken curry was just the right amount of spicy with loads of potato thickened sauce to dip my roti. Jeffery the host was charming and although the tiny retaurant was packed, there was all the time in the world to enjoy a Malaysian style lunch break. I just need a Spanish style siesta to get over it!
